Barry is the Chairman and founding partner. He established Hobart Capital Markets Limited in 2005 before the business was transferred into Hobart Capital Markets LLP in April 2013. Barry is Director of Caprice Holdings Limited, Founder Member and past Principal Sponsor of Stockley Academy Hillingdon;  Vice Chairman of the Serpentine Gallery, London; Patron of Trinity Hospice London.

Lee joined Hobart in 2008 as Joint Head of Trading and joined the Board in September 2008. He has helped build Hobarts’s own global trading team and continues to focus on the strategic development of the business. Lee has considerable experience in Pan European Equities.

Lee began his career in the City with Westons Securities, a niche stockbroker specialising in the Lloyds of London insurance market. The firm was eventually purchased in 1998 by EDF Man, subsequently Man Group Plc, where Lee became Head of Trading for their Pan European equity division.
